No Headliner 04 Music Festival
No Headliner 04 Music Festival was our first attempt at producing a large-scale festival, and it proved something we had always believed: attention to detail matters. Every challenge became an opportunity to refine the experience, and in the end, the festival was an operational success that exceeded our expectations.
What made the experience truly special wasn't just the event itself, but the people behind it. It felt like a festival built by the scene, for the scene. The owner of HUB stepped in to run our lighting. Artists helped with sound engineering and backline logistics. Many people who had once attended our shows returned as staff members. TuneCore Vietnam, one of our key partners, was represented by people who had long been part of the very community we were building together. The lines between organizer, artist, partner, and audience dissolved into one shared effort.

Another unforgettable part of the festival was the venue itself. We transformed Hanoi's iconic water park into a temporary home for music and culture, bringing new life to a place woven into the childhood memories of so many. Set against Hanoi's autumn—warm, dry days followed by crisp, chilly nights—the festival carried a sense of nostalgia that made the weekend feel both familiar and entirely new.
The festival also marked an important milestone in our journey beyond Vietnam. We Are Imaginary, a Filipino band we first met at Bangkok Music City in 2024, became the first international act to perform at No Headliner. The warmth with which they were welcomed reminded us that music communities can transcend borders long before industries do.

More than anything, No Headliner 04 reshaped our understanding of what No Headliner could become. It affirmed our belief that we are building more than a festival or a promoter—we are creating a music culture platform where artists, audiences, and communities come together through shared experiences. It gave us the confidence to imagine No Headliner as a cultural hub rooted in Hanoi while connected to creative communities across Vietnam and beyond.
